BANKS ARE LENDING & Realtors are anticipating a HOT season due to Low Interest rates and Affordable Home Prices !!!

Along with daffodils, tulips and budding trees, other signs of spring typically start to pop up throughout neighborhoods as the weather warms: for sale signs. This year, Realtors say they anticipate a "hot" season with more sales of homes in the area because of low interest rates and prices."Our customers are all waking up a bit and starting to get out, (but) we need two or three weeks of really nice, warm spring weather to get our buyers out and about and excited about it," said Peggy Loverde of the Peg and Sue Realty Team with Keller Williams Central Market in Sterling Heights.She said her office is seeing a lot of first-time buyers, along with people looking for homes to lease because they can't get a mortgage. Those who can get a mortgage, though, are probably seeing the best rates there will be for a while, she said.
