The Real Estate Roundtable Welcomes Terrell Thomas who will present estate planning information. Topics he will cover include:

At the end, Terrell will be offering anyone who would like a will or trust prepared to fill out the confidential asset sheet and submit it to him or one of his assistants. The cost of preparing a will is going to be $25. The cost of preparing a trust will be $100. The normal cost for each is $300 for the will and $2500 for the trust. Terrell is offering this service for the community because the community needs it badly.
The Real Estate Roundtable meets the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6 – 9 pm. Real estate agents, home buyers and sellers, and people who service the industry like title companies, insurance providers, mortgage brokers and lenders, home improvement contractors and inspectors, real estate attorneys and CPAs all gather to network and learn from each other.
