Founded by Ralph 'Mark' Maupin, aka Mr. Lease Option, NREN is a membership website that caters to individuals who are or want to be real estate investing moguls. Mr. Maupin is an expert with more than 25 years of experience and multiple published books and guides to his credit, and his real estate event website is a virtual treasure trove on excellent info that can be used to grow a real estate empire or simply make a living buying, selling, renting or leasing real estate.
From articles on property rights to foreclosures and just about everything in between the NREN website will give you the information that you need to make decisions, purchase condos and homes, and rent, lease or sell those homes for a profit. You can also request expert local speakers on your real estate investing needs. Mr. Maupin's Michigan real estate investors group will bring those speakers to monthly meeting at Detroit College.
Mr. Maupin and his associates also give seminars about real estate investing (naturally) that are FREE to the general public, with no membership required. That's a valuable tool and more than enough to recommend this site and Mr. Maupin highly. Incredibly, they will even give you 5 to 10 minutes to get up in front of their audience to speak about your business!
