Rob Nan, full time successful real estate investor guest speaker tonight at Michigan REIA at Detroit College

Main Speaker, Rob Nan, full time successful real estate investor guest speaker tonight at Michigan REIA at Detroit College

With 4 full (mostly), full time rehab crews, and a complete team of professionals, Rob purchases properties in strong desirable neighborhoods, mostly in Oakland County, at foreclosure pricing.  They are then quickly sold, slightly below retail, to owner occupants.  Many transactions are funded with partners financial resources, hence the creation of, Real Estate Partnerships, LLC.

Rob J. Nani  started Four Seasons Hardwood Floors Corporation, and soon there after, got his builders license, and Real Estate Brokers License.  Four Seasons is still in operation today.

Rob was formerly a board member of a local non-profit known as Community Development Outreach, whose focus was to recycle building materials from donated homes, and to provide needy families with discounted construction materials, financial resources, and worked in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity.  Also, he was on the Board of Directors of D.O.L.L.A.R.S., (Detroit Organization of Leading Landlords And Real estate Strategists), which is the only Michigan REIA group, with prerequisite for membership.  Currently he is a board member of the Oakland County REIA Group, and leads their Advanced sub-group.  For many years, Rob has been working with local investors as a mentor and a partner, most of whom are successfully doing their own real estate transactions.

There has never been a stronger buyers market in Metro Detroit, the time is ripe for "buy and hold" and/or "fix and flip" residential real estate transactions.
