Tammy has been presenting the Elements of Success for over 12 years, to college students, high school students, churches, companies and various professional organizations.
The Elements of Success focuses on Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Business Etiquette and the Art of Networking. In addition to her years of Board experience with NABA, Tammy is currently serving as a member of the Board for The Web Academy (non-profit providing free technology training for youth) and previously with the International School of Phnom Penh (Phnom Penh, Cambodia).
Tammy's colleagues in the industry have coined her the "Queen of Networking." Tammy's personal motto is "plan your work and work your plan." Tammy released her first book "How to Talk to Strangers ~ A Step-by-Step Guide to Professional Networking" in December 2010.
