6-9pm – Shauna Nicholson works exclusively in digital strategy. Shauna is bottom-line obsessed. She's convinced every digital investment should prove a solid return-on-investment. Her primary focuses are in optimizing website conversion rates and driving website traffic. From Adwords to Facebook, she knows what makes customers click.
Shauna works with MontAd, and integrated agency focused on data-powered marketing. She graduated from Ferris State with a BS in Technical and Professional Communication with a Concentration in Multimedia Writing which makes her a web communications nerd. She has worked in online marketing and digital strategy since 2006.
Shauna will be covering the following topics:
- Using web data to guide marketing efforts
- How Google Analytics (or other basic analytics services) intelligence can influence marketing messages to better serve and convert users
- Using social media data to refine engagement efforts and remain relaxant in real time
- Limitations of using data to make marketing decisions
